Training and Orientation
Allen Management's Management Training (Hampton, VA)
- Mission is

- Designed to
provide management trainees with skills and knowledge needed to
effectively operate and manage Allen Management hotels.
- Front Office
demonstrate ability to manage front office and its systems.
- Facility
manage the overall building and ensure compliance with TE &
Franchise expectations
- Financial
develop understanding and controls to maximize profit.
- Faces
manage employee and guest relations within legal guidelines and
create an environment for everyone that exemplifies the company
mission.
- Computer labs,
testing, lectures, Franchise specific certifications.
Car
Allowance
- General Managers
receive compensation for use of personal vehicle for bank errands,
marketing and other work related trips.
Bonus
for Management and Hourly Associates
- Performance
Based Bonus is paid monthly after criteria is achieved.
Bereavement
(Funeral) Leave
- Three day paid
leave of absence in the event of the death of an immediate family
member.
After

will assist in job related seminars, workshops, and career certification

Managers Receive
- After 1 year
= 14 days
- After 2 years
= 21 days
- After 5 years
= 28 days
All other Employees Receive
- After 1 year
= 7 days
- After 2 years
= 14 days
- After 5 years

Sick
Leave
College
Tuition Reimbursement
- Managers are
eligible for one college course per semester/quarter (tuition
only).
- College course
must be pre-approved by the supervisor & can be taken only
on personal time.
- Tuition is
reimbursed upon completion of the course.
- Following grade
scale determines amount to be reimbursed.
A = 100% B = 75% C = 50%
Jury
Duty
- Considered
a paid leave of absence up to 10 days per year.
- Allen Management
will maintain your regular wage by paying the difference between
the regular wage and the amount received in jury duty pay.
