Technical Support Help Resource TECHNICAL SUPPORT RESOURCES The hyperlinks described the the right can be clicked on. A dialogue box will open offering to save "CAT Wizard.exe" or "CAT Wizard.zip" to disk. Click on the "Save to Disk" option and then select OK. This will save the required REMOTE SUPPORT files to your hard drive. We will need these to provide you the required assistance. Once these have been copied to your workstation, the Technical Support personnel at Allen Management will be able to access your computer remotely and assist in trouble shooting your issues.
